Prince Edward Island is the home of some of the best organic and sustainable farms in the world and the community loves to celebrate this bounty at town fairs and festivals, as well as personal and corporate events. Our chefs are classically trained French chefs with a background in fusion cuisine that features local, fresh seafood, pork, beef, micro greens, and produce all from Prince Edward Island. Any event can have a taste of Prince Edward Island, from weddings and large corporate events to small, intimate in-home dinners, all prepared fresh on the day of your occasion.
Jennifer and Michael, husband and wife, are the founders, owners and chefs of this family-owned and operated business. They also work with certified, trained staff at times to help them with bigger events. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Jennifer and Michael achieved certified chef recognition four years ago, and were also able to obtain the serve safe certification. Along with food purchasing experience, they have also dabbled as sommeliers.
